Address Responsibility
Patients are responsible for providing and regularly updating their shipping address.
Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the start of your program or during your consultation.
Desert Bloom Health & Wellness is not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect or outdated address due to failure to notify us of a change.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
Once your invoice is paid, all medications are sent to the pharmacy for processing. Please allow 7–10 business days for prescriptions to be filled and for small-batch testing to be completed for quality assurance.
From the time of order to final delivery, please allow up to 14 days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to pharmacy processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders cannot be placed on hold, delayed, or scheduled for future delivery. Patients are responsible for being available to accept delivery. Tracking information will be provided so patients may prepare for delivery.
Delivery Expectations
Orders are typically delivered within 14 days from the time of invoice payment.
To avoid missed doses, please place refill orders 2–3 weeks in advance.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Shipping.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Local Pickup
Patients may choose to pick up their order directly from the pharmacy once it has been processed and is ready.
Pickup instructions and timing will be provided by the pharmacy.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Desert Bloom Health & Wellness is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been transferred to USPS.
Shipping and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it is provided by the carrier.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt so we can work with the pharmacy and USPS to resolve the issue.
Shipping Fees
Cold/refrigerated products: Flat rate shipping fee of $20
Non-refrigerated products: Flat rate shipping fee of $15
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and payment has been received.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of prescription medications, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once they have been dispensed by the pharmacy.
