This Shipping Policy explains how prescription and wellness products are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled. Our goal is to make sure every order arrives safely and in compliance with pharmacy and federal regulations.

Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout or during your consultation.
If your address changes, you must notify us before your order is sent to the pharmacy.

Desert Bloom Health & Wellness is not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect or outdated address.

Processing & Fulfillment Timeline

All prescription medications are prepared by our licensed partner pharmacy.

Processing time includes:

Prescription approval by your provider

Pharmacy intake

Compounding (if required)

Small-batch testing

Final packaging

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on pharmacy volume and product type.

From payment to final delivery, please allow up to 14 days.

Important Notes

Pharmacy timelines may vary

Orders cannot be paused, held, or scheduled for future delivery

Patients are responsible for being available to receive their package

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Expectations

Most orders arrive within 14 days from the time payment is received.

To avoid missed doses or treatment interruptions, we strongly recommend placing refill orders 2–3 weeks before you run out.

Shipping Coverage

We ship prescription and wellness products to all 50 U.S. states.

Signature may be required based on pharmacy requirements

Local Pickup

If preferred, you may pick up your order directly from the pharmacy once it’s ready.

Pickup includes:

Notification from the pharmacy

Pickup windows and instructions provided directly by the pharmacy

Pickup availability may vary based on medication type and pharmacy schedule.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves the pharmacy and is transferred to USPS, Desert Bloom Health & Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.

If USPS experiences:

Delays

Mis-routing

Weather interruptions

Delivery errors

…these must be resolved through USPS.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days so we can work with the pharmacy and USPS to resolve the issue.

We cannot replace or refund medications reported after this timeframe.

Shipping Fees

To protect medication integrity and comply with regulations:

Cold / refrigerated items: $20 flat rate

Non-refrigerated items: $15 flat rate

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once payment is received and your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to federal regulations regarding prescription medications:

No returns

No exchanges

No refunds

Once a prescription has been filled or dispensed by the pharmacy, the sale is final.
