Medical Services

All consultations and prescriptions are provided by licensed healthcare professionals.
Desert Bloom Health & Wellness operates in partnership with a licensed compounding pharmacy to fulfill prescribed medications.

Compounding & FDA Disclosure:
Some medications prescribed through our clinic are compounded by licensed pharmacies in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, but are prepared by licensed professionals using FDA-approved ingredients when appropriate.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located within the United States to receive care or place an order.

Program & Refill Policy

For your safety and to ensure accurate dosing, all medication programs and refills require provider review before fulfillment.

For New Patients:
A completed consultation and valid prescription are required before any 10-week program medication will be processed.

For Returning Patients (Refills):
A follow-up appointment and provider approval are required before refill orders are processed.

Orders placed before the required consultation or follow-up may be delayed or held until reviewed by a provider.
By placing an order, you confirm that you’ve met these requirements and understand that medication will not be dispensed without provider authorization.

Orders & Processing

Once your provider approves your prescription, the order is sent to our partner pharmacy for fulfillment.
Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, followed by 3–5 days for delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because medications are custom-compounded and prescribed, no cancellations or refunds are accepted once an order has been approved and sent to the pharmacy.

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Ground to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking information is provided via email when your order ships.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Every patient’s experience is unique. We do not guarantee specific medical results or outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, and design — is the property of Desert Bloom Health & Wellness and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Desert Bloom Health & Wellness and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Binding Arbitration:
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
By using our site, you agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law.
