Medical Services

All medical consultations and prescriptions are provided by licensed healthcare professionals. Desert Bloom Health & Wellness LLC operates in partnership with a licensed compounding pharmacy to fulfill prescribed medications.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and located within the United States to receive care and place orders.

Orders & Processing

After a provider reviews your consultation and approves your prescription, the order is sent to our pharmacy for fulfillment. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, followed by 3–5 days for delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of prescription medications, no cancellations or refunds are accepted once an order has been approved and sent to the pharmacy.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee specific medical results. Each patient’s experience and outcomes will vary based on individual factors.

Intellectual Property
